(1) If we are driving you to the airport, in case of an incident or traffic congestions on the roads/motorways, whenever possible we will ring you on the booking day to ask if you have got enough time for your flight, otherwise advise you to leave early if necessary. Our drivers arrive at your pickup address 10 minutes prior to your booking time,and you will be informed according to your preferance selected on the booking form. Drivers will greet you on their arrival, load your luggage for you and drive you safely to the airport!
(2) If we are picking you up from the airport,we will monitor and keep track of your flight to make sure the driver is there on time,you will recieve a welcome text from our drivers informing you of their presence at the airport and arrange a meeting point as soon as you switch on your mobile phone (if you have one),or alternatively meet you by the airport information desk (sign posted) in the arrivals building, holding a board with your name on it. Drivers meet and greet you and then drive you safely to your destination!
