A: Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the Public Carriage Office.

Q. Are your prices per car or per person?
A: Our prices are per car not per passenger. The price you see is the price you pay. You will be charged an extra ?5 to ?10 extra depending on whether you choose to pay by card.

Q. How early do I need to book my car?
A: The earlier the better. However, 24 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone.

A: We can provide you a service with a combination of vehicles.

Q. Will you meet us at any time of day?
A: Yes we are able to provide a 24hour service. We will meet you at any time of day there will be no extra charge for unsocial hours. The only time we levy a extra charge is for the christmas period..

Q. How do I meet the driver?
A: Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall near the airport information desk. He will be holding a (Swift airports) board. Your name will be hand written on this board. The airport information desk is sign posted.

Q. What will happen if we do not meet the driver?
A: If you are unable to locate our driver please ring 07738831231. The duty co-ordinator will be in possesion of this phone and will contact the driver allocated to your booking.

Q. What if the flight is delayed or early?
A: We will monitor the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport at the time of landing. If you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

Q. I have completed a booking form, will you confirm the booking?
A: Yes we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us as we may not have received your booking.

Q. Do I have to pay any additional costs for waiting?
A: The driver will arrive at the airport when your flight arrives or as arranged and will wait for 45 minutes. If you are delayed and you require the driver to wait, please contact us or the driver as soon as possible so we can instruct the driver to wait for a further 1 hour, which will cost ?15 if you have booked a saloon or estate car and ?18 if you have booked an MPV or 8 Seater. If we do not hear from you, the driver will leave the airport. Please note - if you have any reason to believe that you will clear airport formalities within 30 minutes of landing, please advise us so we can arrange for the driver to arrive at the airport as soon as your flight lands. The first 45 minutes of waiting is included in the price.

Q. What would happen if I was unable to complete airport formalities within the free waiting time?
A: The majority of customers clear formalities within the free waiting time. Our driver will leave the airport if you do not contact us. Unfortunately in such circumstances we have no option but to charge the full fare for the journey. In some circumstances we may charge a reduced amount based on costs incurred.

Q. Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
A: Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time,at times it is difficult to predict traffic and other situations outside of our control. We will make every effort to contact you via the public address system at the airport if we are delayed. These instances are very rare 99% of the time we are able to meet your as you exit arrivals.

Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A: We are able to accept major credit cards via the website or on arrival. There is a surcharge of ?5 to ?10 for all card payments. You can also pay the driver on arrival in pounds sterling but you will be required to provide credit card details to secure the booking. No surcharge is a applicable for other forms of payment.

Q. Do I need to pay in advance?
A: No you do not need to pay in advance. Where you elect to pay on arrival we will require card details to secure the booking.

Q. Can I smoke in the car?
A: You may smoke only with the permission of the driver who is free to decide at his own discretion.

Q. Do we need to tip your driver?
A: Tipping is not essential, but in the UK, a tip is offered as a sign of appreciation for good service. Not Compulsory.

Q. Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking as long as it is cancelled at least 4 hours prior to booking time. Please see Terms and Conditions..

Q. If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking, can I get a refund?
A: Yes, you can get a refund less the cost of the credit card transaction fee. Please see Terms and Conditions..

Q. How much luggage can I carry?
A: It is essential that you book a vehicle capable of carrying your luggage for an efficient transfer to or from the airport.

Q. How do I query or cancel a booking?
A: When you book with us, you are given a reference number and a password which you must keep safe. You can then cancel your booking by simply clicking on 'Cancel Booking' on our home page and entering your reference number and password. This should be done at least 4 hours prior to your booking time to avoid any extra charges.
