Boarding normally begins 45 minutes prior to departure.
We will generally drop you in the drop off area at the relevant
terminal. Terminal information can be verified from the
British Airports Authority website. Alternatively if you
have the flight information our driver can check the terminal
details. All taxi transfers - ground transportation to the
airport during the evening rush hour will be difficult due
to heavy traffic conditions. We recommend that you allow
extra time for the taxi transfer service. We prefer to get
you there early rather than late and sorry. The choice however
is yours.

London Airports - Arrival Information

It will take a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes from the time
your flight lands for you to exit the airport. If you do
not have a European passport it will take between 45 to
60 minutes to clear airport formalities. If however you
are only carrying cabin luggage and hold a European passport
you could be out in 10 to 15 minutes of landing. If you
are a student and will be staying for more than 6 months
there are additional medical formalities. If you do not
have the necessary documents it could take well in excess
of 2 hours to exit the airport. Whatever the circumstance
our drivers are prepared to wait as long as you contact
the office or the driver’s mobile phone. Our drivers
meet all our customers at the information desk. The driver
will be holding a greeting board during the morning rush
hour will be difficult due to heavy traffic conditions.
One needs to allow extra time for the taxi transfer service.
